Quiz Instructions for Topic Quiz

Do not use your textbook, notes, or any other online or written outside materials.

• If the quiz does not start automatically, press the “Start Quiz” button to show the first question.
• Choose the best answer(s) and press “Next.” After the first question, you will also have a “Back” button option. You can also click on a question number in the summary at the top of the quiz to go to that question.
• You should not leave questions blank. If you want to remember to come back to a question, select the “Review Question” button, and the question number will be highlighted in gold in the question summary at the top.
• After the last question, you may see a “Quiz Summary”.  Clicking on it will give you a question summary with questions answered marked green, and questions you marked for review marked gold. You can go back to review and change any answers before finishing, and you are strongly encouraged to check over your answers. Click on any number to go to that question.
• Your answers will not be submitted until you select “Finish Quiz.”
• Some questions may have more than one correct answer. When you have the option of marking multiple answers, “(select all that are correct)” will be added at the end of the question. This does not always mean there is more than one correct answer!
• Questions and Answers are displayed in random order. On True/False questions, this will cause “False” to be listed first sometimes. It will also cause a “None of these” answer to appear in positions other than the last option.
• After you complete the quiz, you will be able to click a View Questions button to see your answers and which are correct or incorrect.

You should make at least a 80% on this quiz before progressing to the next lesson. You may take the quiz as many times as you want, and come back to it to prepare for the Quarterly Exam.
